Account & sign-in
This page covers registration, verification, password resets, MFA, and workspace invitations for the Customer Console. For workspace and billing management, see Console & billing.
Signing up
Sign up with an email address and password, or click Continue with Google.
- Email + password. We email you a six-digit verification code; enter it to confirm the address and your workspace is created. The code is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, click Resend code on the verification screen and use the newest code.
- Google. Select Continue with Google to register or sign in without a separate Celeris password.
Account Setup creates your initial company and Workspace. For how company context, Workspace switching, and teammate access fit together, see Companies and workspaces.
The workspace holds no API keys until it is activated (Keys). Adding a payment method under Settings → Billing requests activation, at no charge. Activation is usually immediate; if it is not, the Console tells you and we email you once the workspace is activated. Then add credit to start making requests.
Verification codes
Celeris sends six-digit codes for account verification and password resets. Codes are single-purpose and time-limited: 24 hours for account verification and 1 hour for password resets. If you request more than one code, only the most recent one works.
Resetting your password
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We email you a reset code and a link to the reset form. The code is valid for 1 hour. Requesting a new reset code invalidates the previous one.
If you registered with Google, continue to use Continue with Google.
Authenticator-app MFA
Email-and-password accounts can add a second sign-in step from Console → Settings → Multi-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with any standard TOTP authenticator (including 1Password, Google Authenticator, or Authy), enter the current six-digit code, and future password sign-ins will ask for a fresh code. Your company context can require MFA, in which case the Console prompts you until you enroll.
Disabling MFA requires both your current password and a current authenticator code. If you use Google sign-in, your identity provider manages MFA instead; configure it on that account. Maintain secure recovery access to your authenticator. If you lose access to all enrolled devices, contact support.
Workspace invites
When a teammate invites you to their workspace:
- New to Celeris? The invite email includes a temporary password. Sign in with it and you'll be asked to set your own password before you land in the Console, then accept or decline each Workspace invitation from Team. The temporary password is valid for 7 days. After that, ask your inviter to re-send the invite from the Console's Team page.
- Already have an account? The invite attaches to your existing account. Sign in as usual (your password doesn't change). The notification and account menu link to Team, where you can review the company, inviter, and Workspace access before accepting or declining each invitation independently.
If you are invited to several Workspaces at once, Celeris sends one email with a separate action for each Workspace. Answering one does not accept or discard the others.
Workspace members share credits and usage. Private API keys remain visible only to their owner; workspace-shared keys are visible to all members. An invite's access rules are covered in Companies and workspaces; see Console & billing for billing.
Didn't get an email?
- Wait a few minutes. Most messages arrive quickly, but delivery can be delayed.
- Check spam and quarantine. Search for "Celeris," including in any corporate email quarantine.
- Request another message. Select Resend code for account verification, or restart the flow from Forgot password? for password resets. An inviter can resend a workspace invitation from Team. Only the most recent verification or reset code is valid.
- Contact support. If the message still has not arrived, email support@celeris.ai.
